What type of vehicle can I order?
Currently, we only support 4-door sedans. We are working on adding vans and accessibility vehicles in the future.
Can I pay the balance owing directly to my driver?
No. All balance to pay payments are collected through YourRide. You will need to load a credit/debit card to request a taxi.
What cities can i use my TM Card in?
We're currently in Auckland and Tauranga. We hope to expand to other regions soon. We need to liaise with the individual Councils, so please bear with us.
Can my service dog travel with me?
Absolutely! All of our vehicles take service animals.
