Auckland Total Mobility customers get 75% off taxi fares, up to a maximum of $80 per trip. You'll pay the remaining amount using you debit, or credit card loaded in the app. 

Getting around should be easy for everyone. That’s why YourRide is proud to accept Total Mobility cards in Auckland (other regions to follow). Now you can book subsidised rides directly through the app, giving you independence, confidence, and convenience wherever you travel.

What type of vehicle can I order?

Currently, we only support 4-door sedans. We are working on adding vans and accessibility vehicles in the future.

Can I pay the balance owing directly to my driver?

No. All balance to pay payments are collected through YourRide. You will need to load a credit/debit card to request a taxi.

Can I use Total Mobility outside Auckland?

We’re hoping to extend to other regions soon.  We need to liaise with the individual Councils, so please bear with us.

Can my service dog travel with me?

Absolutely! All of our vehicles take service animals.
