Deleting your Account
We're sorry to see you go, but we understand that sometimes things change. If you've decided to delete your account, we're here to make the process as simple as possible.
Here's what you need to know:
- Deleting your account is permanent. Once it's gone, it's gone. We won't be able to recover any of your data, so please be sure you want to proceed before continuing.
- Deleting your account will erase all of your data associated with this account, including your profile, payment details, trip history, messages, and any other information you've shared.
Ready to delete your account? Here's how:
- Log in to the YourRide App
- Open your Profile by selecting the YourRide icon on the top left
- Scroll to the bottom and click the "Delete Account" link.
- Read the information carefully and confirm that you want to delete your account by typing the word “delete” to confirm
That's it! Your account will be deleted permanently.
